Ms M. (Margreet) Eijkelenboom, LLM, has been a lawyer since March 1993. Following her university studies in English Language and Literature and Dutch law she joined the legal firm of Houthoff Buruma as a lawyer. After 13 years working in their Liability and Insurance Law section, she joined Stadermann Luiten Advocaten in April 2006. She has been a working partner in our firm since 1 January 2010.
Margreet completed the Grotius Academie’s Personal Injury course, with honours, in 1997. She stays abreast of the latest knowledge and developments in various ways, including her former membership of the Dutch Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (LSA), and current membership of the Association for Insurance Research and the Association of Liability and Compensation Law (VASR).
Margreet works across a broad area of liability and insurance law, focussing on personal injury matters and related liability issues, cases in the field of professional liability (lawyers, intermediaries), business liability and other liability matters connected with cable or pipe damage. She also handles various policy and coverage disputes for insurers.

Margreet is registered with the Netherlands Bar (NOvA) as specialising in the field of personal injury law. According to the standards applied by the Netherlands Bar, this registration requires that she obtain ten educational points in that specific field in each calendar year.
